Property Tax : Appeal Board Review to Circut Court

I need to appeal the Board Of Review's decision on my propery taxes by Action of Certiorari How do I do this? Is there a form I need or do I write a letter to the circut court? Please Help!

Hello,

I have not done one of these for a while. When I do, I look at the instructions on the back of the tax bill regarding contest. If court is required, I read the statute. Filing a petition in court is usually something you hire a lawyer to do. In this case, it will also depend on how much the savings are and how strong of a case you have.
