Legal Question in Traffic Law in Wisconsin

I just got in a car accident and my license is revoked

I just got into a car accident and my license was revoked 6 month ago from being labeled a Habitual Traffic Offender (HTO) I was wondering what will happen as far as fines since the officer let me go and said the ticket will be mailed later with a mandatory court date. Any idea what I am facing here? Any info would be great.

Habitual Traffic Offender Revocation

Habitual Traffic Offender Revocations are a grave matter and a ticket for driving after revocation due to being an "HTO" carries the potential for a long jail sentence, a huge fine, and additional loss of license. A good traffic lawyer, however, can sometimes get your license reinstated for you, which can lead to a reduction of the charge. Reinstatement is an extremely complex process involving attempts to reopen old violations, paying off fines or otherwise dealing with them, attending drunken driving school, etc. Some jurisdictions permit reopening and some do not, so you may need to consult with local attorneys in each of the jurisdictions where you have the underlying convictions, which caused your habitual traffic offender revocation in the first place.
