dad deceased
my dad has been deceased since 04 no one is on the deed and the taxes is 2 yrs past due, the house needs to go in probate what should i do

Some type of probate or property transfer proceeding will be necessary. Without knowing values, it is hard to tell if there will be an estate tax issue. There may be some other assets still needing title clearance, as the house. These things may require help of an attorney experienced in such matters as probate.
