Deceased accumulated depts

Is there a law on the Wisconsin books that states that the children of the deceased parent are responsible for debts incurred by the deceased parent?

Children have no obligations for a parent's debts

in Wisconsin. However, the assets of the decedent,

called the "estate" of the decedent, are subject

to creditors' claims.
