Power of Attorney Health Care
Do POA's Health Care need updating or renewal after a cetain time period, like every five years?

Re: Power of Attorney Health Care
While there is no time limit on the validity of a
health care POA, the legislature occasionally updates
the form and facts change. It would be prudent to
review all HCPOA's at least every few years.
