Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Wisconsin

My sister is inheriting my mothers entire estate. I was sent a wavier form. What happens if I don't sign it.

If you do not sign the waiver, the matter will be set for a hearing and the issues will be proven in court and if they are appropriate, then your sister will inherit the estate by order of the judge or probate registrar, without your waiver.
