I am not aware of any restrictions, other than the court's scheduling orders and local customs. However, if you think it is moving too slowly, you can petition the court for a review hearing, or attempt to switch to formal proceedings. Liquidation of assets, especially real estate, can take a long time. Speak with an experienced probate attorney for more detail.

Do not assume that I am your attorney because of my response here, since I would not be taking any action on your case without additional arrangements.
