casual help on workmans comp

i was hurt on the job went back every week to my job with my ristrictions they told me there was no work for me go home a friend of mine wanted me to do some work for him which was in my restrictions with no set days or hours i was intervied by my company and asked if i was working fulltime or parttime i said no because i considedit casual help they then fired me for lying i dont consider it lying it wasent full or part-time what can i do to prove it is not full or part-time please help

You can only prove the work you were doing was "casual" in the trial of a Workers' Compensation claim. But, even if you succeed, that probably won't get your job back. If you have not hired an attorney and filed a claim, you should do so.
