Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Wyoming

Student rights

As a student at a community college there must be rights. What are these rights and how can I find them? Also does this statement limit my civil rights? This statement is a provision in a contract from a colloge program contract that was required to be signed as a stipulation to continue my education.--Complaints worthy of dismissal may include behaviors that are subjective. Re: Student rights

Students generally have the same civil rights as adults, and those rights are set out in the Constitution (state and federal) and the Bill of Rights (state and federal). You will, however, also need to look at case law and statutes which have, for the most part, limited those civil rights.

You mention a contract, which is a additional right granted to an adult student. Essentially it means you can bargain for a result; the contract sets out the terms of that bargain. You gain something in exchange for something you give up, as does the other side to the contract.

The clause you mention is rather strange, but without additional information I am reluctant to say it violates or limits your civil rights.
