Unknowingly Cashing Fake Money Orders
What happens if someone unknowingly cashes a fake money order? Will the person be in trouble for cashing it if they didn't know?

Depends on facts. The person may be liable to recipient for amount of MO since the person who passed the forged MO was in a position to verify the identity of the maker when it was received.
