Legal Question in Criminal Law in Wyoming
Criminal Charges and Divorce
My estranged husband has been charged with several criminal offenses. Due to the nature of the offenses I can no longer be with him, without putting myself and my children at risk. Therefore divorce is eminent. The children are mine from a previous marriage. My question is, when should I file divorce? Should I file anytime or should I wait until the criminal charges have been settled?

Re: Criminal Charges and Divorce
Its up to you. If your children are at risk, the best thing you could do is protect them. If divorce is coming anyway, you need to evaluate what you would gain by waiting.
