Legal Question in Family Law in Wyoming

Dismissing a Protection Oreder

My husband and I were in a domestic dispute and he was arrested. He pleaded to Family Violence Assault and Battery. The judge gave him probation and a no contact order. I have written the judge several letters to get the Protection Order removed but he refuses. I need the order to be removed but I've run out of options. What can I do to remove the order? My husband is not a danger to me or our children. Please help!

Re: Dismissing a Protection Oreder

I suggest you retain the services of an attorney, and file a formal motion to dismiss the protection order.

Your husband should have his attorney move to modify his sentence and have the matter set down for hearing.
