Getting my property back from another

This is really for civil suit. I moved here in Dec of 08. A friend of mine is hold a box for me since I could not bring it out here at that time. He was asked to hand over by box to another friend of mine and has not done so. He has avoided my phone calls, has not returned my phone calls and has avoided my other friend completely. I have tried throughout these last two months to reach him. What are my options on getting my box back when I go back to pick up my things?

Re: Getting my property back from another

You may have to sue the friend for the return of your personal property when you go back to pick up your things (which apparently would be in West Virginia).
