Re: Wyo. land tax issue

To answer your question accurately would require additional

details. Is the person paying the taxes occupying the land?

If so, for how long have they been occupying it?

If the payor is occupying the land, is there a lease? Is the

owner giving the payor some type of permission to

occupy the land?

Are there any agreements by the owner regarding repayment

to the person paying the taxes? Has the owner given

any liens to the person paying the taxes to secure

repayment?

There may be several different legal issues involved

depending on your answers to the questions.
