Dr.Klaus Malek is specialized on criminal cases in all courts in Germany for almost 20 years. He took his doctor's degree by the University of Passau (Germany) in 1994 with a work on "The defender's activities in court" and was appointed "Fachanwalt f�r Strafrecht"(Specialized Solicitor for Criminal Law) by the Freiburg Bar Association in 1997. He also has published an number of books on criminal law, such as "Betaeubungsmittelstrafrecht" (Narcotic Drug Law),2nd ed.,2000, and
"Verteidigung in der Hauptverhandlung" (Defense in Court), 3rd ed.,1999. "Strafsachen im Internet" (Internet criminal cases) will be published in 2001 by C.F.Mueller, Heidelberg/Germany.
