Additional Information First, I would like you to know that I earned more than $13,000,000.00 for my clients in the past four years…very few individual workers’ compensation attorneys can make that claim. I give each client’s case the special attention required to produce a maximum result – I am not a “volume lawyer.” I believe that cases are not case numbers, they are people. For example, many attorneys hire subcontracting attorneys to appear at your deposition. I will personally appear at your deposition. After all, if you hire me to represent you, it is my personal belief that at the very least you deserve is MY expertise, experience and reputation behind you.

It is important for you to know that when defense attorneys see my name on the case, they know they have a formidable opponent.

Every attorney makes the claim that they’re “aggressive.” The word by itself is meaningless if not defined. My interpretation of “aggressive” does not mean screaming into the telephone like a mad man. Instead, my interpretation is making sure your case is being properly handled, and staying one step ahead of the defense. Additionally, if I see an injustice in the works, I am going to do everything in my considerable power to make sure that you are well compensated.
