Mr. Press graduated from The Johns Hopkins University with a B.A. in Chemistry and Biology, and received his law degree, magna cum laude, from the Georgetown University School of Law, where he was an editor of the Law Journal. He was a judicial clerk to the Honorable Jaime Pieras, Jr., of the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico, and is a member of the bars of Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia, as well as numerous federal courts.
