How is my office unique? I offer personalized service. Therefore, I do not flat-rate cases. I recognize that this is one of the most difficult periods of your life. I do only what is necessary to adequate represent you. I don't try to inflate your bill. However, I am thorough. If you qualify, I have different "DO IT YOURSELF KITS"depending on your needs - one for no minor kids & no property; one with kids where child support & visitation has already been established; and one with kids and no assets or debts. I also have kits for modifications and voluntary paternity. The prices vary based on which kit you need and how much work I have to do. I on prepare the paperwork AFTER meeting with you to determine my forms will work for you.

My prices are comparable for the DO IT YOURSELF KITS available on-line or at an office supply store BUT my forms were designed for the State of Texas only and they work! (Be sure to read the fine print - many of these "kits" say no specific state forms are included -- therefore they don't work in Texas!)
