Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
Mother died in mid 2006, left daughter and son each 150000-180000. Son received his. Daughter received check but was signed and spent by executor without my permission. 100000 was left to each of 6 grandchildren. All was invested by executor into his business that was dissolved. Told that all monies would be put back with proceeds from new project in 2011. That is being foreclosed on. Want all my money and my childrens back what do i do? Have no upfront monies. Would have to be contingent on my monies received
