Legal Question in Administrative Law in India

I am 58 years and unmarried have two brothers. I want to buy a property, while making the sale deed can I mention "After me this property belongs to Mr. -- and his legal heirs" is it permitted.

Dear Sir / Madam,

You may mention such a clause in the sale deed ... but unless the person to whom you wish the property should be bequeathed is financing a good amount of the purchase consideration, I personally do not recommend it, since you are binding yourself with a condition right at the initial acquisition stage itself, which may pose problems should you decide otherwise later on.
