The answer depends on the circumstances.

What is Lex Development ? What type of contract is it ?

What is the relationship between you and your husband (separated ? etc.)

What is the intended use (eg maintenance payments? etc)

What type of contract is it ? you bought services ? its an employment contract ?

In general there is no legal reason why you can not ask for a copy. There can be moral questions, but they depend on the circumstances.
