Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Pakistan
Dear Sir/ Madam,
This is zafar Iqbal, i want some legal information as per Pakistan law. Sir, My father bought the agriculture land from my cousin but they got this land from him Uncle from their mother side but with permission other brother and sisters their one boy sold the land to my father. we have his power of authority letter which his other brothers and sisters given to him. So, please advise. what now they can put a case for getting the land from us. how we can made it safe that nobody in future cannot disturb us. we already paid full amount.

If power of attorney is executed from all cosharer of your cousin in favour of your cousin,
And property is specifically mentioned is power of attorney, then no issue.
Going to court is something else, but certainly they can not get favourable decision in their favour.

No one can be barred from filing a suit and such kinds of suits take decades to get settled.. Sell the land and get rid of it to end the dispute.. [email protected]
