Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in India

Me and my Girl friend was in love for more than an year and half. We agreed to marry each other, my parents accepted her.she stayed in my house with my parents without informing her parents, when her parents came to know about this, they took her to native and black mailed her saying they will commit suicide and die. Now she is scared and ready to marry another guy.She has sent all this information to me via messages.Can i save her life and make her understand.I even spoke to the guy who is ready to marry her and explained our situation.Her parents are telling what i am saying is lie and blackmailing my girlfriend as well.Can i get file a cheating case and get a chance to talk to her and save her ?..I have no bad intentions to sue her or any thing..I want to talk to her legally...

did you marry her when she stayed with you??you have no legal right to talk to her.
