Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in
I have savings bank account in Dena Bank jointly with my wife and the mode of account is either or survivor. Since my wife expired and now I want to close this account, the officer told me to sign indemnity bond. Since the mode is either or survivor, where is the question of indemnity bond. What should I do.
