Legal Question in Banking Law in India
I have a bankers cheque of rs. 5000.
payable to my gov. post
I donot have a gov. account.
bank not paying in cash
he questioned how can i believe you are
holding that post.

Dear Sir / Madam,
It is not advisable to try and encash the cheque if it is not in your personal name.
