Legal Question in Banking Law in India
I booked my 1 BHK builder floor in Uttam Nagar. My question is why private bank dose not sanction loan to the applicant? Is the uttam nagar area is legally approved.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Yes, Uttam Nagar is legally approved. All Banks are eagerly chasing Housing Finance business because of the minimum risk exposure from the viewpoint of the Bank. If one Bank does not sanction you housing loan, do not waste time, Look for another. If not a nationalized Bank, approach private Banks, else you can also approach a scheduled Bank, or a Co-operative Bank. Select the Bank that gives you maximum loan at the lowest rate of interest.
