Legal Question in Banking Law in India

dear madam,
i had taken a student credit card when i was doing my graduation. At that time i was taken 10000 rupees from it but till now i am unable to pay the due amount. Its 7 year now they are calling me and asking for settlement for rupees 30000. Right now i am totally bank craft and job less. I have told them that once i get the job i Will repay you soon but they are not considering me. Is there box way please help me.

Dear Sir / Madam,

You should negotiate a one till full and final settlement of your credit card dues with the Bank and close the matter.
