Legal Question in Banking Law in

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have used a card from barclays bank and due to some financial problem i am unable to pay and i paid closed to 40 K till date and my lkimit is only

60 K now their agent called me and saying pay Rs.1 Lac for the due and threatening me that he will take legal action. suggest me what can i do.

How come the agent is asking you to pay 1 lac ? Have you spend that money through your credit card ? What do you want to do now ? Do you want to pay or not ?
