Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Dear Sir,
I recieved a demand legal notice by Axis Bank to pay a balance amount 51000/- in 1 week ,which I couldnot paid of my personal loan.
When requesting to bank for paying 8000/- per month they are denying to cancell the legal action,while Still I havnot got any court letter.
What will happen I am not able to pay such amount at a time and Bank is not excepting in 4-5 month.
