Dear sir/madam

I got ac payee cheque from other person when i was in bangalore india

Nw i am in dubai and i have submitted same cheque to bank in india through my family and it is bounced and my family living in gurgaon haryana hw can i proceed for filing a legal advice

Please advice

ok ,you can file case under cheque bounce case and ipc 420 section

Dear Sir / Madam,

Your family members will have to file a "cheque bouncing" case against the issuer of the cheque under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act for recovery of the amount from the defaulter. The case has to be filed within a month from the date of dishonour of the cheque.
