Legal Question in Banking Law in

while a division bench a hc, passes order on a wp and another division bench of the same hc confirms this,saying that order does not suffer from any error or illegality&does not call for any review.on the same issue can a single bench(judge) of the same hc overrule &give an order incontrary to this order. is it maintainable/ is it right/ can a writ appeal be filed needs your help

If a single judge disregards a division Bench judgment on the same issue, a Writ appeal can be filed to the Division Bench of the High Court
