Legal Question in Banking Law in India

Dr sir, I have an cc limit account with state bank of patiala. My limit is 15 lacs. But i gain loss in my buisines. So i can't run the account as per bank norms, but still i am paying bank interest regularly. Now bank is pressure me to clear the account and noticed me by court. What should i do save my asset

Dear Sir / Madam,

You have signed Agreements with the Bank that you remain liable to repay and settle the Bank's dues. You should discuss and decide the course of repayment and settlement with the Bank.
