Legal Question in Banking Law in India
my father got land from my grandfather as partition. My elder brother got loan by my father's signature as guarantee without my sister and my signature. now the bank come for auction under SARFAESI act, it is possible to get my and my sister share?

Dear Sir / Madam,
You will need to obtain a stay order on the bank's action first, to be in a position stake your claim of a share in the property.
