Can we file police complaints against Co borrower if he refused to pay under which section

Dear Sir / Madam,
Yes, as a co-borrower, if you know that the borrower is intentionally or wilfully not settling the loan, you may obtain a latest statement of outstanding loan from the lender and lodge a Police complaint against the borrower.
