Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Hello,
My father was in Senior Manager in Bank before his death. I want to know, is there any provision that I can work in that bank as the bank staff say there is no facility in their bank.

Dear Sir / Madam,
There is no compulsion on the bank that they should employ you in place of your deceased father on compassionate grounds.
