Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Hi,
I have a Bank Account in Axis Bank and its a savings account. Today i got know that Bank has debit freeze my account without any intimation for NO Reason.
Is it against law ?
Because in case of emergency i am stuck.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Yes, it is against the law. You should write to the Bank to justify the reason(s) for blocking access to your account.

What is debit freeze? Find out reasons. Without intimation, freezing is not correct.
