I have two home loan emi balance of last month and current month
Bank has sent attachment notice to my guarantor
Can they do on two emi balance

Dear Sir / Madam,
Yes, Whether and when to issue an attachment notice to the person who has availed the home loan is a defaulter, remains at the sole discretion of the Bank.
