Legal Question in Banking Law in
Can HUF enter into the partnership firm or partnership deed ? or can HUF open and operate the bank account of partnership firm through his signatories?

It is the karta who can become partner and not the entire HUF

I do not agree; the HUF can become partner. Of course, the HUF being a juristic person has to operate through its Karnta or authorized signatory.
