Plz tell if a person can lodge case of check bounce if

Check is from himachal pradesh firm ,

Given to firm in jammu .

As there is no proof with us about the money given in cash to the firm in jammu, and jammu firm have blank security signed check of firm in himachal pradesh.

PLZ TELL CASE CAN BE REGISTERED BY JAMMU FIRM ON HIMACHAL FIRM IF STOP PAYMENT IS DONE.
