Legal Question in Banking Law in Pakistan
I have one question in case of stolen my cheque book as per state bank policy what should be i can do please help me and answer me

immediately seek legal help, get a restraining order from the court for the whole book/ cheques not to be negotiated by the bank if presented.also give written instructions to the concerned bank for stop payment or not negotiating in anyway possible, if any of the cheque presented.

ask your bank not to en-cash any cheque from account.. that is sufficient .. if bank refuse then go to court and seek directions....

contact to ur bank with directions them for cancellation of cheque numbers stolen
