Legal Question in Banking Law in

hello sir,
My name is dinesh. My Ex boss had send an legal notice to me because i left the job before two months of my bond and the bond amount i have to pay is 25000. I had also buyied a bike from him in installment on 2008 for that he also detected 2000 from my salary and after the amount completed he also transferred bike into my name through RTO. On the security i had given him the blank cheque which i asked back he told that i will give you but he didnt give. i got good opportunity so i left so he became angry and dropped my cheque in my bank with the amount of 52000 and as my account doesnt have the enough balance so it returned. He then sended a legal notice that i didnt give him the amount of bike and also i had borrowed money from him which is false. so My uncle give the replied notice to him. can u tell me what he can do and what i can do

Even if he files the case you can rebut the liability for motor bike on the basis of salary slips showing deductions from salary
