Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Sir, My English is not good so I�m writting in Hing�lish, please understand my problem.
2002 may 3 Draft bank mai clearing ke ley lgay, 2 draft issue from one branch and 1 draft from another branch. From first 2 draft issue form one branch, in mai se one draft clear ho gya and 2nd draft clear nahi hua. In the story, unclear draft ka pta bi 11 saal baad chala. Abb (2 saal se) bank wale record na hone ka bahana bna rahe hai. Abb kya ho sakta hai.

Dear Sir / Madam,
The Bank cannot absolve itself saying that records are not available. The party that has issued the draft (which still remains uncleared) can ask and claim for refund of the draft amount from the Bank.
