Legal Question in Banking Law in India

Sir, I served in Indian Air Force for 9 years (from 28 Sep 2004 to 28 Sep 2013) as a soldier. Then I fled away from IAF and became a deserter. Then I joined Bank of India as a PO on 13 Jun 2014 concealing about my previous job. But I lost my bank job on 21 Mar 2015 when Indian Air Force complained in the bank. Indian Air Force will search me for 3 years i.e. upto 28 Sep 2016 and then discharge/release me from service. After discharge from IAF, I want to claim my job of PO at Bank of India in court. What is chance of getting my PO job at Bank of India back?
