Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Hi team, I am unable pay my personal loan, bank gave me settlement plan but I don't have job or property to repay. Now they are threatening me that they will issue warrant. Please help me, I'm a married woman, I gave the loan amount to my brother, he lost all the money in business and refusing to pay me back. My husband is also torturing me for the same. I can't work since my husband is scolding me that I will pay the loan if I work. So kindly advice me

Dear Sir / Madam,
Since you procured the loan and gave it to your brother, he has to somehow repay the loan and clear your liability.
