Legal Question in Banking Law in

i was teriminated by sbi last year due to target not achieved, but in our service rule it is given that if bank want terminate our service ,the bank will give us three month advance , but bank will not gave us three month advance notice and also in our termination letter termination reason is not mentioned.plz give me suggestion i can filled a case against bank regarding my termination.

If it is a contract employment, the Bank was well within its rights to terminate you on the expiry of the contract period. If they have terminated before that period, file a writ petition in the High Court in whose jurisdiction, you received the termination order.

Were you a Contractual Employee or Regular employee. If on Contract then Bank was right But if you were a regular employee you have a case. But you can be advised better only after looking at your papers.
