Legal Question in Banking Law in

Hello, Wanna know some thing related to personal loan (icici bank). I did take loan in 2005 and since then nor bank bothered to collect money nor i payed any emi's.Now in 2010 they are on my neck to pay the Amount.

I did take 75.000 but now they are demanding 1,82000.00.

Can you help me in this.

their demand is unreasonable and when they file a suit for recovery, you may take your defence.
