Legal Question in Banking Law in India
I am working in a Bank. I have lent substantial amount to one person who promised me to return it after one year. I have obtained cheque and promisory note for the amount lent. But I have not shown the amount lent in my annual assets and liabilities statement submitted to my employer. Whether I can proceed against the debtor?
