Dear Sir / Madam,

If the terms and conditions of your agreement with the client clearly specifies that the client agrees to treat each business activity independently, and make payments for each activity separately based on bills raised by your firm on the client for that activity, the client remains liable to pay and settle all your outstanding bills pertaining to the other works i.e printing jobs and computer rentals. If the agreement is silent and if the client has suffered a loss as a result of negligence on the part of your firm and / or your employee(s), the client is legally right to withhold all the bills for all the activities till the matter is resolved and settled. I urge you to immediately sort out the reconciliation issue with the client, and request the client to release all your due and overdue payments.

Regards,
