Legal Question in Business Law in
i issued a cheque of Rs. 35000/- it was returned unpaid, i have not recevied legal notice and case not filled. again the party presented the same cheque after 5 months now this time he send a lawer notice and filled a case . will this case with stand in court. i came to know from a law book , the crime happens when first cheque returning time .?

no the chq can be deposited any no of times till its validity period if no legal/demand notice is issued.
