Dear Sir / Madam,

You can do it by providing documentary evidence to the licence issuing authority that you are also the co-owner of the business for which the licence has been issued. If you have taken over the business from the partner in whose name the licence is, you can either get the existing licence transferred from the exiting partner in your name, else you can get a new licence for the business in your name.
